Nanny cannot sleep whenever she desires nor can she make her own schedule.
They said they'd pay hourly for additional work hours.
I think they will probably advertise for a travel nanny; that is, someone who actually wants to do this. They probably feel like whatever premium they're paying in OP's hourly wage in the new contract covers the additional inconvenience to her.
OP, do you lose the job if you refuse the travel?
