I don't think that this particular situation warrants seeing a therapist.

Being straight or gay is no longer thought of as a psychiatric issue that it was in the fifties.

Why a therapist? That's just silly. We fall in love with all different people in all different circumstances. Unless OP actively tries to split up the marriage or persue the MB, I don't see the problem.

Quit and find a good therapist. The situation you are in will only hurt you - she is your boss and married. Give your notice today.

Yes, you need to quit. There's no way that you can keep working for her and keep a professional relationship. Move on and find someone else, both professionally and romantically.

Never thought it would happen as I considered myself straight but for months I have had a 'girl crush' on MB now I think it has developed into love.
I am not young and am as shocked as anyone else this has happened.
I know I need to quit and keep my feelings hidden. Don't know why I am posting as I am sure I will get a few nasty comments but I feel so alone in this.
