Lcc here - The Lcc usually contacts the family 1/2 way through the program (6 months before the end of the program) re: extension and early matching bonus. The au pair usually received the extension information 6-5 months before the end of the program.

Doi! Sorry about that meant to say she had a January end date so 4-5 months range

Not really sure, but I feel like our AP was asked in August if she was going to extend with the program, although she didn't have to make her mind right away.
