Talk with the other mother, OP. There are no set rules for nanny shares.

I would be fine with a cold (just like daycare). But be prepared to pick up your child today if a fever develops.

I think you need to talk to the other Mom to establish rules. I personally would be ok with a runny nose/cold. I would not be ok with fever, vomiting, HFM etc
