You know perfectly well they won't find anyone decent with that offer, so it will be their burden to bear.
Why the outrage?
+1. The employers won't get anyone great but they know that already and probably are not expecting high quality nanny. People who are just so so nannies also need jobs. Not everyone who wants to nanny qualifies to get even "average" rates. So the market will sort it out. Why the outrage?
