Another CA Nanny here.
$29/HR is really high to me....Even in our Golden State.
You must work in Beverly Hills, caring for six unruly kids & clean toilets as well.

6 months?
When I take a job (I'm not op) I take it for the long term.
My first nanny job was 10 years, second was 15, I'm now on my 3rd nanny job and it's 5 years and counting.
But hey I am paid very well for my job, I don't need to bounce around every few months for a "nest egg".![]()

Total hour of work 96 hours a week. 384 to 400 hours a month @$1.92 an hour. No overtime, no bonus and no paid holidays (insurance etc) CASH!
Single parents. Baby 10 month old. Baby sleep from 8 pm to 8 am. Baby's mom always out of town.
I don't have any qualification but I have 15 years experience + CPR & trust line background. I am 40 years old. This sounds an easy job but $1.92 an hour is darn low!
