Two weeks pay but nothing else. I give her an actual gift for her birthday but just a two week bonus check for Christmas.

$1000 plus a gift ($60 to $100).

$600 cash plus small gift.

My jobs for this have varied between two and four weeks' pay.

Ours is getting a full weeks pay in cash and a small token gift. She is also off all next week with pay and another week in January due to our vacation.

We give $500 plus some gifts. If I could do a full week's pay, I would.

One week's pay is standard.

We give $200-500 dollars depending on whether the nanny has been with us for a full year, and some small gifts from the kids.

We give our nanny two weeks pay with no deductions/taxes taken and a gift from our daughter (this year it is a framed photograph of the two of them together).

we are doing a holiday bonus of 1 1/3 week pay (grossed up, so she nets about 1 2/3 week salary) plus a small gift plus an extra day off paid. She is great and we want to make her happy!
