MB here. I would be drawn to a profile that clearly demonstrates experience (number of kids you've nannied, ages, multiples, multiple kids of varying ages, etc...)

I'd also be drawn to language (assuming these things are true) that demonstrates an understanding of what it takes to support a household running smoothly - being on time, understanding and abiding by parents' directions, leaving the home in tidy condition at the end of the day, being able to work with and support differing parenting approaches (re pacifiers, sleep training, etc...), ability to support play dates, work in a home where grandparents may visit, etc...

Dependability, reliability, honesty, punctuality, respect for the home and always keeping the child's safety paramount are also critical.

I also like when people include something about what they are looking for - what kind of position they hope to find, how long they would ideally want to stay with a family, etc...

Some specific examples are helpful (like activities, meals, things you've done), and emphasize your reliability!

How should a nanny display that in a profile bio?

That's the nanny's job to figure out. Just like it's my job to suss out a nanny who will be that way.

What key things do you look for in a nanny profile? I am redoing mine. I work mostly with first time parents with young infants and toddlers. Are there any points you've seen that made you intrigued? What would you like to see? TIA!
