I mean in school vacation when a teacher doesn't need to employ a nanny for their kids they have a nanny with no work
I would employ the nanny only in school holidays
Do you get paid for days off? Just because you do not need her doesn't mean that she doesn't need her psy for that time just as you need, and count, on your paycheck. Not very bright for a teacher, are you?
