I'd email the business manager and let her know you've worked for a year and the scope of the work has changed and you'd like a raise.

I work for a high profile couple on weekends and all of my employment "stuff" (time sheets, payroll, contracts and agreements) are handled directly by the business manager through email. After over a year of employ and a second baby, I plan to ask for a raise. However I am not sure who to ask -- my MB or the business manager or both in an email. All initial salary rates and benefits where handled by the business manager through emails although I have never met the business manager nor any of her people.
