What difference does it make because American citizens cannot hire G5 and this means that if one parent is a US citizen and the other is not, you still cannot hire a G5.

If you are a US citizen, you cannot hire a G5 visa Nanny.

OP, my former au pair became a G5 nanny through a friend who posted an ad for her on the worldbank intranet board.
As I understand it, the pay, vacation and duty limits are dictated by the visa.
