This ad screams... my nanny cannot write in english.

For our nanny search I never took a non-referral seriously. I always started with the references. Never got any "fake" poser references that way either.

Bitch, because some employers care about their nannies and want to help them get a new job in any way they can. It's called being a decent human being, look it up.

Holy Zoloft. Relax.

Also, it's the same as a reference.

We are truly sad to see our wonderful nanny, Karen Bonilla, go, but we are excited to help her find a new great full-time nannying opportunity. As is so often the case, our children, now ages 5 and 2.5, will be going to school for more hours in the fall, and Karen wants to work full time. Let us tell you why she would be such a great addition to your family!

Karen has been more or less a part of our lives since August 2013, and she has been a responsible, loving, energetic, creative, and dedicated caregiver for our two kids every step of the way. Karen is a U.S. citizen, fluent in English and Spanish (she moved from El Salvador eight years ago at age 16), and a careful and experienced driver. She manages to combine patience, reliability, boundless energy, and great communications skills toward parents and kids alike. Most importantly, we trust her with our kids wholeheartedly, and they absolutely adore her!

Karen has helped both of our children develop into the amazing kids they have become, and we simply could not have done it without her. We recommend Karen to you completely, as we are sure you would have a similarly wonderful experience with her! Please contact us (Scott: thompsons997@gmail.com or Rebecca: rebecca.l.murphy@gmail.com) if you have any questions. And of course, feel free to contact Karen directly at karen_219@live.com.

Sincerely,
Scott and Rebecca Thompson
