Ask the nannies in your neighborhood what they charge. Are they the caliber you want?

Thinking of hiring a nanny in Gaithersburg, 3 days only, and I guess that hourly rates would be the best solution for both us and the nanny.
Could anyone tell me what is the Gaithersburg hourly rate for an experienced, mature nanny, please?
