Report the business to the BBB under false advertisement practices.

The babysitting/nanny business is the Wild West. Buyer beware. There's zero regulation of these agencies.

I put a question out on a listserv about a temporary nanny for two weeks next month. I got an email back from a woman claiming to be the mother in a nanny share recommending her nanny. When I did some googling around I found that this woman (and her nanny) are both listed with babysitting services. In fact, the one claiming to be mother actually is launching a babysitting service. The number for the new service on its website matches the number this "mother" gave to me to confirm details about her babysitter. How can I report this group? Better Business Bureau? Other? Perhaps this kind of impersonation happens often with nannies or babysitters trying to recommend each other, but it's very unsettling.
