The new child won't play "with" the older sibling for about 1.5 years. In between, the nanny is juggling two children with vastly different naps, diets and developmental needs.

This is great advise. Just tell her that her job is about to become easier and that you are reducing her pay to $15/hr.

I concur 100%.

A newborn infant is a TON of work & will be for a very long long time.

To not demand extra compensation would be selling yourself out. Big time.

It depends a lot. 1-2 hours is typical, but you are also a bit under market.
