I'm returning to work after being at home with my toddler and infant, and I need to find child care within 4-5 weeks. I have no experience with nanny shares, but it seems that this route might be best, considering my time constraints.

Is there a basic information thread someone could point me to, or a site for DC nannies that is reputable? How have you guys started the process, and what do you wish you had known going into it.

Thanks for any advice.
