A nanny. Just did the whole hiring process myself recently, nanny not working out. Have been doing this a long time and I'm just not up for doing all the work myself with locating and weeding out applicants. I want a really good nanny that is willing to work, not surf her phone all day, and want someone else to help weed out the ones that either are looking for something different than what we're offering, or are just looking for a paycheck with no work.
