If you used to clean up after the children more than you do now, please recognize that your employers are going to feel frustrated and they aren't going to increase the cleaning service to make up the difference. They will replace you with a nanny who is willing to vacuum the play area weekly (or even bi-weekly considering that there is a cleaning service!). If they are the types who leave the kitchen spotless for you, they are going to notice a week's worth of debris in the playroom.
What they are asking is completely reasonable, but if you feel that it's too much for you, then you may be better off with a different position.
