i found 4 different families we matched with over the years on this website. Actively for weeks/months put up feelers on the Nanny Share board of this website plus check it to see if others have posted anything near you.

Neighborhood listservs, the Maryland share section of this forum, and checking with neighbors and coworkers. Your best bet would be to find a family that needs full time care, or opposite days that you'll need so that you can offer a full time position.

Hi. I am due in Sept 2016, hoping to have a nanny share with someone in the downtown Silver Spring are starting in December (I will need a nanny 2-3 days/week). Any advice on when to start looking or how to find families would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
