I too am in the same position OP. I interviewed with a family that I think would be a fit, we discussed rates and my schedule availability for this week. I followed up with an email and still no response. Because I didn't hear back from them I've already made plans this week and am only available now this week Wednesday-Friday.

MB here. I don't use care.com, but if I did, I would likely read a lot of profiles and make a list of people I wanted to contact before responding to an applicant. This may require several viewings of an individual profile before contact.

So, perhaps it's a good sign that she keeps viewing your profile. It means you're interesting to her and could be making the list of nannies she wants to interview.

I applied for a position that I think can be a good fit. I saw that the mom has viewed my profile ( care.com) around 5-6 times but she hasn't replied to my message. I can see if she isn't interested, but why keep looking at my profile? I would love an Mb's insight.
