It a real shame to see how INA has crumbled under agency control and how many nannies have given up on them.

Ina isn't even in my radar. I only think of them when I see posts mentioning them. They're irrelevant to my life.

WOW PP I did not know there were so many threads about INA. Shame on the INA as they ignore many good reviews and recommends. When the group started almost all nannies loved it including me but it has changed and not in a positive way. Seems like INA is looking for fame and fortune and not being the support to nannies they use to be.

While your sentiment seems genuine, you're asking us to repeat yet again what's already been said on this forum about the INA? Many questions have been asked, but not answered. Perhaps the INA board could start by responding to the pressing questions that have so far been ignored by them.

If you do a search for INA, you'll easily find the threads, probably less than a handful of them that have been continued over the years. But somehow I don't believe that's your intent. The concerns and questions remain the same. Nothing has been addressed or improved. The business goals of agencies and lawyers in control of INA remain at the forefront, not improving the care of children nor those of us who devote our lives to the this very important work.

As INA started this yesterday asking our thoughts on them setting up Nanny accreditation many here said NO WAY. Agencies wonder why online has become so popular and they wonder why they lose so much business and lose great nannies. Parents are smart and know that nannies signed up with agencies are also using online, even the elite nannies. IMO INA is trying to make agencies relevant again and trying to do more to sale to nannies. INA had become greedy and have lost the respect of many Super Nannies because INA is less of a support for them. Nannies feel safe to voice your opinion of INA even if you are a member as this is anonymous, perhaps if more nannies speak up INA will become about nannies again.
