You're like one of those women who tears down and stereotypes other women to fit in with the guys. Again if you read the freaking post, OP HAS been cleaning their dishes!!! This has nothing to do with how generous her bosses are or aren't. It has to do with their bad habit of leaving their mess for their employee to clean up. Imagine sharing an office with your boss, bringing them their lunch daily, and then them expecting you to clean it up for them too. It's ridiculous.

Your employers ARE NOT the norm. You remind me of someone who comes from a wealthy family, never has to work for anything they have and then complains about how lazy other people are.

Not every boss are generous like yours.. so you should relax ..you don't know other nannies situation or pay.

Did you read the post before you stepped on your soapbox? OP isn't talking about "a few dishes" she's talking about all of their dishes from the prior evening's dinner, and with dishes in the sink I doubt they wash their breakfast dishes either. This is NOT the same as putting a couple of coffee cups in the dishwasher. But it's fun to tear down other nannies to prove your superiority isn't it!
And to your making your bosses' bed- gross. Do you even know they want you doing that? I don't even go in their bedroom.

This is the definition of passive agressive behavior. I doubt anyone would find this to be helpful, productive behavior from their employee.

MB here. I am usually on the side of "just do the dishes and move on" when people complain about their MB leaving out a coffee cup or getting breakfast started for the kids then leaving without doing the dishes. But leaving out crusty dishes from the night before is disgusting. First thing I would do in your shoes is have a talk with your MB. I would frame it like "I am not sure you realize..." There is a slight possibility that MB and DB both think the other one is taking care of it, and I would start the conversation with this frame of mind. Then let them know that YOU are actually doing it, an if it continues , you will have to look for other employment.

Maybe I am being picky or get annoyed easily but does anyone else think it's disrespectful that I cook dinner... Clean all dishes.. And then come to work the next day and they leave their plates and dinner dish in the sink for me. When I started I stated I do not clean dinner dishes that if I leave empty sink I should come back to empty sink. It's gotten to point where it's everyday. I said something to the dad and he said just leave dishes. But I can't leave dirty dishes for 10 hours. Gross
