If you do your W2s online, you can always just email her a copy.

ahahahahha nanny doing taxes? unlikely

um who doesn't file their taxes to get back what was withheld throughout the year? The nanny clearly wasn't paid under the table if her employer is giving her a w2

Apparently posting here was enough to do it. She has surfaced! Thanks for the advice all.

(Also, I only called twice, and only did that because I didn't leave a message the first time. I haven't been harassing her.)

Just text her that you are planning on mailing her W-2 to the current mailing address if you don't hear back from her by a certain date. Done.

Yes - just mail it to her last known address.

If it doesn't get forwarded to her she will eventually need to reach out to you when she does her taxes.

As long as you sent it to her, and have all of it accurately reflected in your own tax documents, you're fine. It's on her at that point.

just mail it. it should get forwarded if she put in a change of address. beyond that, it's not your problem. stop calling her; that's annoying. (and maybe she changed her number for some reason, who knows.)

Contact the IRS about the issue, but send it to her last known address. When she goes to do her taxes, she'll probably call you for a copy.

If you do your W2s online, you can always just email her a copy.

We laid off our nanny early last year when a slot became available at daycare. She did not take it well, although we tried to do everything we could to help. Long notice (she even knew about the wait list), separation bonus, etc. I know she has recently moved within the same town, and I can't get her to take my call so I can mail her W-2. I've called, texted, and sent FB messages. What else can I do?! I'd think she'd want her W-2....
