I would feel the same way OP.

You have more than proven your worth to this family and they should compensate you accordingly.

New Year = New Salary.

I would wait until after the holiday season dies down, then request a raise. After three yrs, you are more than entitled to it.

You are totally right!!

I've never had to ask for raises ...ever. Previous employers have always Given at my anniversary. The one raise given by the current was automatically given when another child was born.

I receive a bonus at Christmas and a nice gift on my birthday. That's about it.

I'll be asking for a raise after the holidays.

ME TOO.

Do they compensate you in other ways? We give two larger bonuses a year (not including Xmas).

Why would they give you a raise when you already do absolutely everything they want? You're your own worst enemy. Time to find a new job and this time stop vei,g a doormat.

I ask for annual raises at the time our contract renews. Have you asked?

Tell them what you want. And yes, of course they're taking advantage of you big time. Get ready to move on.

You don't deserve a raise, you earn one.

Why have you let it go for 3 years? Most families won't bring up the annual raise, so you need to self-advocate.
