I've never had to ask for raises ...ever. Previous employers have always Given at my anniversary. The one raise given by the current was automatically given when another child was born.
I receive a bonus at Christmas and a nice gift on my birthday. That's about it.
I'll be asking for a raise after the holidays.

I am beginning to feel as if I am being taken for granted. I know there were some financial issues 3 years ago but now they have seemed to improved.
