OP, would you work for $400 a month, providing your own car, gas, and insurance as well as cell phone and health insurance. Googling, an one bedroom (nice) is $1000 a month, two bedroom is 1100 a month. Sharing a two broom is $550 a month like PP said. At best it is worth $350.

No one would rent a room in Spotsylvania for $500. You can get your own apartment for less.

I saw this last night and was absolutely floored. PP who addressed APs, most are provided are phone as well. She doesn't address which days/hours, just that it will likely not be 40.

There is no mention of the "on" hours for this employee/roommate. They'll need a second occupation

My husband will be in military training Feb 22 to July 29. I will provide:
- A bedroom (furnished or unfurnished)
- Private bathroom
- Private, furnished living room with flat screen, cable, x-box0, etc.
- Groceries
- All utilities, internet, cable, etc. paid (all of the above is worth approximately $1500/month)
- Weekly cash stipend of $100 - all together, this equals approximately $12/hr if you work 40 hours, which is more than I will need.

lol the nerve. The living quarters probably don't even have a private entrance nor kitchen. But it's worth over a grand per month?

APs, who are notoriously underpaid, get the se things you are offering, often get a car and gas money, ans make $200 a week so no, it does not sound what you are offering is ok
