That is a very weak excuse. You can never be to busy to spare 15 seconds for a text (to someone important, of course not every text requires a reply immediately or even at all.)
I have seen these "I'm so busy" mothers and their kids watch iPad all day. They aren't busy, just lazy.
If she took 5 days to get back to me I don't mind at all but now its almost 30 days! still no response, I really cant brain this!

Yes the same website.
On the first day I care for her daughter, she created one group conversation between her, her husband and me. I used this group conversation to send updates and pictures of her daughter doing drawing, craft, reading etc. She love to text. I loathe texting because texting takes a lot longer than hitting "like" on FB and I have a limited phone plan.

Sometimes phones act up. Recently my only way of communicating was with email due to my screen not being responsive anymore. I could only text from my MacBook and it could only go to apple users or whatever. Meanwhile people were trying to contact me to no avail. Sometimes throughout the day when I'd talk to my husband while he was at work on the home phone if ask him to "check on x,y,z" or "reach out to so and so about this" because I was still waiting on a replacement.
I also have had clients that will reach out if the date is their idea and not their spouses. One of my former students mom always emailed me yet her husband would text me. Come to find out she just didn't like texting

I would write them off. No excuse for not answering you and it shows that they do not place a value on you or your time. I do not care how busy someone is, there is no excuse for such blatant rudeness.

FWIW. I'm a working mom (I work a lot) and I have 2 phones- 1 for work and 1 for home. I often let my personal phone run out of battery or forget where I put it for days! I really don't care. I keep email on my work phone and use it more. I really am not a big fan of texting- I find it to be kind of a nuisance.
So, don't take it personally that she didn't text you- maybe she's just not a text person

2. Not even bother to return my call or my text message

Weird. My first thought is that mom is sick or dead. That is homes toy the only way I can imagine my husband making babysitting arrangements through a babysitting website.
