My last triplets were born at 35 weeks and came home at 11 and 12 days old, which is when I started with them. We basically just continued on with the 3 hour NICU schedule. Those parents didn't like bottle propping (either do I really), so I fed 2 and then 1. I like to sit them in boppies and then sit in the middle of them and hold their bottles. Then you can alternate burping, etc.. At first it seems crazy, but you quickly get the hang of it. It did take a good hour or more to get them all fed, changed and back down at the beginning though. You can't really make them eat faster since it will just cause more gas and spit ups.

It sounds like Hell.

How old are they? How many weeks were they born at?

With my twins I propped or creatively held all the time. One in an arm, one on my lap. One in my arms and one in a chair while I held the bottle, etc... So you could rotate holding and put the other two in chairs or boppy pillows or something. This gets easier as they become able to hold their heads up of course- how old are they?
They are okay with prop feeding ( bobby pillow or chair) or one being held. All things I've done with twins.
They will be just over 3 months old when I start.
