State of MD quoted over $800... Encompass appears to include it in their Homeowner's policy

We went with GTM, but searching the forums led me to Loudoun Insurance Group. They quoted us $800 for a year. We couldn't find anyone else offering policies.

I called my local State Farm office and they were useless. I have been getting the run around for a week now. GTM has coverage if you use them for payroll, but they won't offer it otherwise.

very interested in this, although I live in Nova and am interested in supplementing by homeowners (since I think most do not cover this). my agent is not in the office today so frustrating!
