We went with GTM, but searching the forums led me to Loudoun Insurance Group. They quoted us $800 for a year. We couldn't find anyone else offering policies.
I called my local State Farm office and they were useless. I have been getting the run around for a week now. GTM has coverage if you use them for payroll, but they won't offer it otherwise.

It looks like in DC you need worker's comp insurance. Any recommendations? What is the average cost?
