I've been an infant nanny for 10+ years. A child this age should actually only be up 90 minutes . Have you ever cared for infants? Many infants do not consolidate their naps until 5-6 months. Many young babies only nap for 45 minutes at a time. Also, not every child is the same. Some 3 months olds still eat every 2-3 hours, especially breastfeed babies. 3 months is too young to be on a schedule and MB doesn't want to adjust naps or anything just yet. He is very on-demand, as most 3 months old are. He is also 6 weeks premature so things are delayed.
It's not a one fit all for infants. They all move at their own pace.
