I need to get tested immediately, and do not feel comfortable coming to work where I could possibly get your infant sick from a highly contagious infection. This should not be phrased as a request. Vacation is a request. Leaving early is a request. Needing to go to the doctor is not a request, you just inform them of what is happening. They don't own you and it is unreasonable to expect that your illnesses will schedule themselves at your employers' convenience.

My charge is only 4 months and strep is highly contagious. I'm 98% sure I have strep. It also very bad to wait to be treated for strep. I'm very annoyed at this point.
