It's sweet, some people just use these as terms of endearment.

The lady at the grocery store calls me honey. The lady at the post office calls me sweetie.

I've had some grandparents call me that and found it odd but at the same time endearing (they all seemed to like me, thank god!), never a MB though. Seems strange for a young person! But I guess if she's treating you right otherwise there's not real harm in it, is there?

Too personal for me. When I interview, I make sure that parents know I want to be called by name, and kids call me Miss X.

Normal. Some people call everyone honey or dear or sweetie.

I get called the same.
I like it.

It will be 2 months in October with my NF. Both parents are great and MB is a very kind lady. I've noticed she rarely calls me by my name though. She often calls me " sweetheart, dear, darling, or hun". I've never had an employer call me these names. She will say it both in person or call/text/email. The funniest part is I'm 25 and she is 33 so not much of an age difference.

Not complaining but find it odd yet funny.
