I bought mine from blue cross blue shield. I pay rougly 130 per month. My deductible is around 3,500 with my co insurance being 1,500 so I never pay more then 5k per calendar year for covered expenses. I never get prescriptions so I'm not sure if that part is good but it should off set the cost a little .

My nanny is searching for health insurance coverage and we are looking at dc health link, but the prices are high and the choices are overwhelming. For those that bought an individual plan, which did you choose and why? Her primary concern is prescription drug costs.
