Saturday was only five days ago, I would say if you hear nothing by mid next week, I would send them an e-mail inquiring if they have made a decision yet.
The fact that the job has been deleted may work well in your favor.

It sounds all positive from my perspective - just taking her time to get everything done on her end, but that doesn't mean that's a reflection on you at all. They may also be trying to figure out how to manage severance with an existing nanny so it might be a complicated and stressful time for them for reasons that have nothing to do with you. Try to hang in there another day or so.
