Pottery Barn makes a great dry erase calendar board.

We also use Google calendar, and I made one called "kids" that my nanny can share.

I like Google Calendar because I can have multiple calendars layered on top of each other. We have a household calendar shared with the au pair, where we record hours, note story time at the library, upcoming children's Dr appts, etc. Separately, DH & I have a shared family calendar that's more for our eyes only - ie, if he's going out with a buddy after work, he puts it on the calendar so I know not to hold up dinner for him and so I don't plan my own outing on the same night.

I can have both those calendars layered and showing up together, in different colors, or I can turn one off when I don't need it.

We use cozi.com. It's not the best but it works. They have an app for iPhone and can be accessed online. It allows multiple people to log in using there own email address and a shared password.

I'm a nanny and I have a question.
How do you make a "shared" calendar that you use with your MB?
Do you use the one in your iPhone (haven't looked into it yet) or is there a better app?
I'm looking for something that would let us share events, overtime hours, on call hours, babysitting and change of plans.
Basically one place for always changing schedule.

Any ideas?
