Hi All.

I have a friend in need in Baltimore and I thought maybe you would have some suggestions. She needs a skilled, professional, experienced nanny. It's an older child (8) with a pretty chaotic home life right now as parents are likely divorcing. The child needs stability, support, structure and calm. The nanny would need to be able to work in a highly stressed environment and be able to provide loving, structured care. The boy is a good kid - loving, fun, smart, but he is showing the stress of his home life.

So I think an agency would be best able to find her specialized and experienced nanny support. Any recommendations?

(FYI - she would pay well, as needed, for this.)
