Sure, your employment to them is "at will," thus you can leave anytime.
It's not like they can sue you in a court of law and have a judge FORCE you to perform nanny duties for them.

I bet the employers failed to have meetings with the nanny to ask her how things are working out for her. Huge mistake on their part.
Op, move on, but be prepared for their temper tantrum. They might send you off immediately because of this inconvenience to them. It happens a lot.

Of course you can leave for any reason. Did they not pay you or something? Money issues can be hard to talk about. Can you try to approach them with a plan that would work for you. Maybe if the money issues were worked out and you were able to concentrate on work you'd be happier?

I am currently with this family for a month now, there were some issues (money) happened the first week
that made me thought of leaving this job.
I wanna give them 2-3wks notice that I am leaving, and because I dont really want to discussed the money matters can I just
