We use them a lot for back-up care and babysitting. It's expensive, but worth it. We've only had one nanny come that we didn't think was great.

We've been working with them (temporary division only) for a couple of years. I've found them to be very prompt and responsive.

We've gotten a great back-up nanny through them!

They are a rip off!

I tried. they did not even respond to my request. Do not recommend.
