You sound like a great employer who truly values the benefits that your nanny brought to your family. All employers should take notes from you.
As a nanny myself, I can truly state that nothing is better than cold hard ca$h, however running a close second I DO love gift cards as well.
And/Or you could do something hand made from your daughter if she is old enough, like a craft from her.![]()
