Are you suggesting she just says she can't work Fridays for first two months?

Make sure your full time position is working out. Just cram it out for the month of September and tell your weekend family when you know your full time is a good match. Then give them a few weeks. So you'll be working 7 days a week for seven or eight weeks - no biggie - think money for the holidays!

I took a weekend nanny job a couple months ago. I love the family and kids! I've decided to take a full time job in the fall though and would no longer be able to work Fridays for them. (We agreed I'd work Friday-Sunday originally) Any suggestion on how to approach the situation? First couple months with my full time job I wouldn't mind working weekends but I know in long term I couldn't work 7 days a week.

Im not sure When I should approach them about this. I wouldn't leave till end of September.
