Your nanny could easily be earning 25 to 40% more -- why did she choose to work for so much less?
I work from home, so I hear her upstairs with the kids all day. she talks to them, sits on the floor paying, takes them for walks to hang out with other kids/nannies. Most of the nannies I know make around that much.
