I agree, we not need to be mad at each other, instead this is a great way to have a communication as a community. Bullying is a unbalance in emotions that people practice to hurts others feeling and it should not be practice in this website. If you don't have a positive and informative thing to said, its appreciated not to said nothing. People ask question because they wants to know.

I don't get it... If you think that someone is a troll why would you even bother yourself to answer or report it? Don't you have better things to do?

I think calling troll just bumps the thread and gives the troll more attention. I've reported a few posts that then quietly go away. You can post on website feedback if you want a direct response about action taken.

I don't often call troll, but I will when necessary and will also report. I'm not interested in putting effort into thinking about and caring about a fake post someone who wants to play games with people thinks is fun, especially since most of such threads are started by bitter nannies who just want to make people mad.

Trolling is emotionally manipulative and needs to be called out so this forum becomes truly useful to the honest people who count on it for real advice.

Uses word "troll" constantly - you are stupid !!! Stop judging and calling almost every other OP a troll. Im a mom and a nanny and its crazy how often i see nasty comments on nanny board. If someone asks question, answer it. If you cant move to another thread. Cant y'all read and follow simple rule question:asnwer ?!?!?!?
