OP, if your bosses are treating you so bad, you should leave
now. You do not have to take another minute of mistreatment from them.
Sure, they will be left high and dry w/out proper childcare, but that is completely their fault. Not yours.
Had they treated you with the respect that EVERY nanny deserves, then they wouldn't have to deal with all of this.
I say after you receive your last check, give them your walking papers. Stat.
