OP here and I used to be stunningly. I eat very well and run every day. Still, being a nanny, I have had nearly constant colds since I started.

Anonymous wrote:I've been a nanny for 15 years. I typically get 1 sickness per year. This year I did get a bad stomach bug and had vomitting and diarrhea for 2 days. Last year I got strep. But for the most part I'm very healthy.
