I am actually quite shocked she invited us as she has always came across as being very professional until now . I don't think she has family nearby and is afraid no one will come. Thoughts?
Yes, it is. Compare it to the military where officers and enlisted do not fraternize.
Compare three-year-olds to military officers? Are your kidding?
Nevertheless, employe and employer do not fraternize.
What does this have to do with nannies? You should post on the General Forum. I have a nanny for my child and don't know anything about daycare.
Nanny and daycare is basically the same thing. Both of them are for parents who don't have the time or desire to raise their children.
