OP, if you truly think anyone is buying that you "don't have time" to STEAM VEGETABLES...let's just say that I never call troll, but I'm calling it.
Offer to pay the nanny more for this added work, or just feed your kid greek yogurt and purees from the store and buy some frozen vegetables since the 5 minutes it takes to peel a carrot would apparently spoil your whole weekend.
