Op here. They do stuff like this too. They almost always text to let me know when they've gotten off work, they know I appreciate it because the days with their schedules can be extremely long and they are nice enough to keep my updated. Some days, however, they text me absolutely nothing and creep up on us in the house. I feel like a criminal.
