Does your regular family know you're doing babywise?
Why would my regular family need to know what I do with another family? They have no say want goes on with another child who isn't theirs.

Unfortunately I took this job not knowing the we're thinking of any routine. Last week I was advised to do everything on demand but this weekend they decided on it. I have given my view against it but the parens ( more the mom) is adamant on following the routine. I can voice my opinion but they make the final decisions.
It's a short-term gig ( 3 months) so I am willing to stay buy it does suck. I'm against it but I have to respect their wishes.
How did they find you?
