It might be that they are looking to see if they can find a nanny willing to care for both kids for cheaper than your rate.

OP here: Do you think it's better to do it in person or via text? They are going away over the weekend and into early next week so I don't see them again until next Wednesday. I was thinking of maybe sending her a text just saying that I was on care.com looking for some part-time babysitting job and came across her job posting and was just wondering if they were unhappy with me for some reason?
I've never been in a situation like this so I don't even know what to do!!
