Yes. You have to pay taxes for anyone you employ for whom the wages exceed the minimum - which is quite low.

Thinking about hiring a nanny for approximately 25 hours/week. Do I have to pay Medicare/SS and whatever other taxes that I would have to pay for a full-time nanny? Thanks!
