Even if that were the case, to the best of my knowledge, I don't think there is a maximum limit on how many postings a visitor can post in a month or a year.

What is up with all the posts five month nanny? Your sick, snowed in, not sure of your position etc.. Wondering what you are looking for, and why you have so much time for all the posting. Seems like you are answering yourself and not happy. You say your employer is great but nit-picking, do you think your family is picking up on your negativity. Perhaps you need some away time to find out what you want but it is unfair to your family that you are working for when you are spending all this time posting. What is your charge doing this whole time?
